The members of the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Eastern Association of Intercollegiate Football Officials (EAIFO) officiate college level football games.  These games include, but are not limited to the Colonial Athletic Association, Patriot League, Ivy League, Northeast Conference, Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference, Presidents' Athletic Conference, Middle Atlantic States Collegiate Athletic Conference and New Jersey Athletic Conference.

These schools participate in NCAA Divisions I (FCS), Division II, and Division III.

Members from the WPA EAIFO have also gone on to officiate in the Big East, Big Ten, Big 12, Conference USA, Arena2, Arena Football League, and the National Football League.
